Equity Funding
Experienced developers with a proven track record can use our pool of investors to get their project of the ground with a smaller financial input. Our JV (Join Venture)/ Equity partners provide instant liquidity aiding cash flow, allowing multiple acquisitions and financial management.
- Up to 90% of the Equity Requirement.
- Investments from £100,000 upwards.
- Funding provided for the initial purchase or at the start of a scheme
Lending
Mezzanine Finance
Used to top up the senior debt facility, Mezzanine finance bridges the gap between a development facility or loan, and the amount of equity or funds that a developer has to invest into their development.
- Loans of up to 75% of the Gross Development Value, or
- Loans of up to 90% of Total Project Costs (plus finance costs).
- Minimum mezzanine loan size is £100,000, with no maximum loan size.
- No profit share is generally required with mezzanine loans.
- Up to 36 months terms available on larger schemes.
Senior Debt
Bridging Finance
- Up to 90% of the Equity Requirement.
- Investments from £100,000 upwards.
- Funding provided for the initial purchase or at the start of a scheme
Senior Debt
Development Finance
- Loans of up to 75% of the Gross Development Value, or
